Having, People, Front, Baby, jail, actually



Question by LEO ღ: Do people actually go to jail for having sex in front of a baby?

Okay so I may sound ignorant or something but if I knew the answer to this question I wouldn't be asking it.

How scarring is it for a kid (less than 3 years old) to be a witness of two people having sex? Is it actually illegal?

I don't think it is illegal, just frowned upon. If it's at night and your child accidentally comes walking into the room, there really isn't anything to be done about it, it happens. But I don't know why people would deliberately have sex in front of small children.
